Was driving through Bhai Bala Chowk and there I found a hoarding with a message that Ludhiana will be city of Baggers.
Then at Bharat Nagar Chowk traffic lights, there was this same hoarding but corrected one this time though wrongly corrected.

A Hoarding By Punjab Police And Municipal Corporation Of LUDHIANA
Was driving through Bhai Bala Chowk and there I found a hoarding with a message that Ludhiana will be city of Baggers.
